Two events are coming up in downtown Nampa, and both are worth your time. This Thursday, May 21st, Third Thursday returns with a rodeo theme, free, outdoors, and open to everyone. Then on Friday, May 29th, the 3rd Annual Nampton's Beer Festival brings five hours of curated craft beer, a commemorative cup, and one of the better evenings downtown puts on all year. Tickets for Beer Fest are on sale now, and buying online means a shorter line when you arrive.

Downtown Nampa Needs you

It’s easy to see orange cones and traffic backups and think, “I’ll come back another time.” That’s understandable. But if everyone waits until construction is over, the businesses affected by it are the ones who pay the price. The 11th Ave S project is expected to continue for the next few months. During that time, parking and traffic patterns around parts of downtown will shift. Some areas, especially near 2nd Street, may feel more restricted than usual. But downtown is still accessible. There is still parking around downtown, including near 3rd Street and 1st Street. The downtown parking garage remains open, with access from 3rd Street S during construction. It may take a little more planning, but you can still get where you’re going.
